Charlie Maxwell is Co-Founder and Co-Chairman at Cresset, and previously served as Chairman and CEO of Meristem Family Wealth, where he worked closely with ultra-high-net-worth families for more than 35 years. As a visionary in the market, he has built and cultivated a team of client-driven and caring professionals to serve clients, their families, and their communities.

Over the years, he has been a strong advocate for the Phi Kappa Psi brotherhood and the general engagement of Phi Psis in the Twin Cities. Charlie was a lead supporter of Phi Psi’s inaugural service immersion program, known as OUTREACH, and of Phi Psi’s new programming model. Most recently he’s been highly engaged with Phi Psi’s Explore program

He takes great pride in philanthropic involvement and has a particular passion for child advocacy. He also currently serves as a Phi Psi Foundation Trustee. Charlie cares deeply for people; he goes the extra mile for his clients, his friends and his brothers.
