William “Bill” Good (Iowa State ’69)
From his earliest days as a Phi Psi, Bill Good has been a fixture within the Iowa Beta Chapter and a force for good within the Fraternity. As an undergraduate, he served as recruitment chair, corresponding secretary, and treasurer. Prior to his impressive law career, he supported many chapters while working on the national Fraternity staff. Bill was a popular facilitator at campus Interfraternity workshops and a sought-after field secretary specializing in recruitment.
He was also known for his administrative work on staff and his drive as an appointed officer to develop a meaningful fraternity education model. Bill was instrumental in the re-chartering of the Iowa Beta Chapter, is a longtime Chapter Advisor and also served along with his wife, Lindy, as house parents of the chapter. He has received many awards both locally and nationally for his volunteerism, impact on his community, and important mentoring roles with hundreds of undergraduate men.
