Phi Kappa Psi is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing and goal-oriented individual to serve as the organization’s Associate Director of Development who is responsible for communicating the goals of Phi Kappa Psi to donor prospects through face-to-face and virtual personal solicitation.

The Associate Director of Development is an integral member of the Foundation’s Advancement staff, working in a flexible team-oriented environment. This position will report directly to the Associate Vice President of Development and requires collaboration across Fraternity and Foundation teams as well as excellent communication abilities.

This individual will add to an already visionary, supportive, and action-oriented fundraising team comprised of staff, Board and volunteers, to expand Phi Psi’s reach with the goal to provide more educational assistance, a best-in-class undergraduate experience, and increased support for scholarship, leadership and other grant-funded programs and initiatives.
